Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that additional labor and material costs are incurred during the production and shipping processes. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:
We allow a full, unconditional refund within 72 hours of purchasing the ring, as production has not yet begun.
After 72 hours, until we send you a confirmation email, if you choose to request a refund for personal reasons, we will charge 10% of your order amount to cover the ring's customization and production costs.
After email confirmation and within 30 days, if you choose to return the ring and request a refund, we will charge 30% of the order amount to cover the production and shipping costs incurred.
Refunds will no longer be supported after 30 days of purchase.
Additionally, for refunds due to quality issues with the ring itself, we generally allow a full refund, but verification is required to determine if the problem is with the ring itself and not caused by human error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We usually do not allow returns for products with customized content. If you have special requests, please contact us in time. Customization content includes but is not limited to: engraving, ring size greater than 9, less than 3, changing ring style, changing gemstones, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
